This annual evening, where young professionals learn from experienced leaders, will be centered around experience, leadership, and long-term vision.
We are pleased to welcome two outstanding speakers who share much more than a passion for surface treatment: decades of commitment to their companies, as well as to VOM as board members.
Alex Laureyns, Managing Director of RAL bv, for more than 30 years and a VOM board member for 21 years, has dedicated his career to building a strong, value-driven company with a clear mission: making metal sustainably beautiful.
Alongside him, Frank Verhoye, Paint Central Manufacturing at CNH Industrial, with nearly 45 years of experience in paint technology and industrial manufacturing, has played a key role in developing and optimizing coating processes worldwide. A former VOM board member for over 20 years, he brings a unique perspective on innovation, problem-solving, and global industrial challenges.
