What changes for Flemish industry?

The scope is being expanded, permitting conditions are being tightened, and new rules are introduced for the efficient use of raw materials, water, and energy. Operators will also take on greater responsibility regarding environmental management and substances of concern. Agriculture will have a separate framework with less strict requirements. On Thursday 4 June, the Department of Environment is organising an information session on this topic.
