New Machinery Regulation applies from 20 January 2027
From 20 January 2027, the European Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 will become generally applicable.
It will replace the current European framework under the Machinery Directive. Belgian legislation will also be adapted accordingly. Do you manufacture, integrate or place machinery on the market? Prepare in good time for your obligations regarding risk assessment, technical documentation, conformity assessment procedures, instruction manuals and digital safety functions.
