Young Professionals Awards 2025 – Congratulations to the winners De Schepper (Alural Group) and Tomsin (Sherwin-Williams)

The BNL Rising Star Award was presented to Piet De Schepper (Alural Group) for his innovative closed-loop water system for coating lines. This solution enables the full reuse of process water, drastically reduces consumption, and is an important step towards zero discharge.

The Young VOM Voice Award was awarded to Stijn Tomsin (Sherwin-Williams). He was chosen by public vote for his strong commitment, enthusiasm, and active involvement within the Young VOM community.

Beyond the winners, these Awards are also an opportunity to highlight all young professionals in the surface treatment sector, and especially the Young VOM community, which was once again well represented this year.
