New chapter for Iris Industry Solutions

Iris Industry Solutions is a well-established player in industrial coatings in the Benelux and France. Over the years, the company has built strong expertise in corrosion protection, with its own workshop, and is active in high-voltage infrastructure, infrastructure works, and industrial sectors.

This often takes place in challenging environments where high demands are placed on expertise, safety, and quality.

A new chapter is now beginning. Through a management buy-out, CEO Jeroen Nevelsteen is taking over the company, with the ambition to further develop its growth trajectory at its own pace.

Jonelinvest, the investment company of the Swerts family behind Soudal, is becoming the majority shareholder. At the same time, the Iris group is increasingly focusing on its Facility Solutions activities.
