YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AWARDS – Future Surfaces 2025

The Young Professionals Awards celebrate the emerging talent in the surface treatment industry. These awards shine a spotlight on professionals under the age of 40 who make a difference through their innovation, professional excellence, and social impact.

An initiative by Young VOM, supported by VOM and co-organized with Vereniging ION.

TWO AWARDS, TWO WAYS TO STAND OUT

1. RISING STAR AWARD (Benelux)
This award honors exceptional young professionals (under 40) who are helping to shape the future of the surface treatment sector. It recognizes promising individuals who stand out through innovation, dedication, and impact – whether through inspiring projects, unique case studies, or strong leadership in challenging contexts.

> Selected by a jury composed of representatives from VOM, Vereniging ION, and the Young VOM board.

2. YOUNG VOM VOICE AWARD (for Young VOM members only)
This award highlights an active Young VOM member for their commitment to sustainability, networking, community involvement, or other valuable contributions.

> Chosen by public vote.

Deadline for submissions and nominations: October 3, 2025
Awards ceremony and celebration: November 19, 2025, during the networking evening of the Future Surfaces 2025 congress in Edegem
