Since its founding, STAS has pursued a clear and shared goal: to develop the most sustainable tippers and moving floor trailers, thereby contributing to a more sustainable transport sector.
As a pioneer in Europe, STAS was the first to switch to the use of recycled aluminium in the production of its trailers and is actively working towards a zero-waste process. Relationships with distributors, suppliers, employees and customers are built in a sustainable way, supported by strong family-driven values.
Manufacturing activities have a significant impact on the ecological footprint. Therefore, STAS has set ambitious targets for 2027:
- a 40% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to the 2018 baseline
- 95% recyclability of all STAS trailers, including plastic components
